Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Exceptional knowledge of common physical illnesses and symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of patient care.
• Assure the medic unit or station is stocked and clean.
• Prepare medical reports and invoices of runs.

Skills

Emergency Medical Technician license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Positive behavior in dealing with people

Knowledge of emergency care procedures
