Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Emergency Patrol in Boise, ID. You will provide on-site security, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering strong customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology location by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor credentials per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to leadership.
