Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned classes of instruction to achieve student learning and adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Provide students with the approved course syllabus and align instruction and evaluation to it.
• Maintain professional relationships and work productively as part of a team.
• Evaluate student achievement with timely interim and final grades per policy.
• Provide academic advising and maintain regular office hours.
• Update programs and course syllabi to maintain instructional quality.
• Maintain class records and timely reports.
• Develop new courses and select instructional materials/textbooks.
• Serve on College committees and participate in meetings and graduation activities.
• Maintain currency in content areas through professional development.
• Contribute to activities that support student success and community service.
