Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is hiring an Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to support three classrooms in Branson. You will provide responsive caregiving and assist with developmentally appropriate activities to promote school readiness.

Join a team dedicated to healthy development for infants and toddlers, collaborating with staff and families. The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with benefits and tuition assistance through OACAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six college credit hours or Infant/Toddler CDA.
• Experience with infants and toddlers.
• Willingness to obtain Early Childhood Development Specialization Certification (employer paid).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Copy of transcript recommended for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in three Early Head Start classrooms.
• Assist with responsive care and supervision to infants and toddlers.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Support developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
