Qualifications

• Education: CDA or AA/AS or BA/BS in Early Childhood Education.
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Physical requirement: lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use email, word processing and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher with daily classroom operations.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children 6 weeks to 5 years old.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Creative Curriculum and standards.
