Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education standards and School Readiness.
• Ability to work across infant/toddler and preschool classrooms.
• Part 407 Licensing Standards qualifications and related expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Assistant Teachers with daily classroom supervision and safe outdoor play.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure welfare and safety.
• Greet children by name and treat all with dignity and respect.
• Provide classroom, kitchen and office support as directed by supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and department events as scheduled.
• Maintain classroom materials in a neat, safe state.
• Cover in multiple classrooms as needed.
• Record daily attendance and lunch counts; CACFP reports.
