Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking an E-Commerce Associate - 2 to help sell donated items online for our retail store teams. This mid-level role involves taking product photos, listing items by category, and processing orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, pack and ship orders, and help train junior staff. Strong English skills, basic arithmetic, data entry, and teamwork are required; Spanish is a plus.

Work environment is occasionally hectic with high activity, with great emphasis on teamwork.Physical RequirementsDue to the variety of assignments with this position a person must have the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach forward and overhead. Standing, sitting, carrying, pushing and pulling will also be involved.The work pace is steady requiring lifting and/or carrying of up to 30 lbs consistently. On a regular basis heavier items of up to 75 lbs will be lifted.
