Goodwill is seeking a Donation Site Attendant in Lake Worth, FL to greet donors, unload donations, and help keep the donation area organized.

You will work with the transportation and store teams, handle daily donor counts, and assist with tax receipts while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.

THE POSITION:

As a Donation Center Attendant, you will:

• Greet donors at the donation door graciously and promptly
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Sort donations into categories to prepare for transport to stores
• Assist the transportation team with the loading of trucks when necessary

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
