Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Oakland, CA is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our dining services team across the community.

You will operate the dishwashing machine, maintain clean, sanitary kitchen areas, and follow safety and loss prevention procedures while helping receive supplies.

This role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a caring, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Maintains clean, sanitary food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Cleans production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follows safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
