Qualifications

• Must be able to handle dishes, pots, pans, and prep areas in a sanitary, orderly manner.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or uses a conveyor depending on equipment.
• Wash pots, pans and trays and ensure complete cleanliness.
• Polish silverware and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as required by standards.
• Keep dish area clean and orderly, and assist with trash removal.
