Qualifications

Prior restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

Scrapes and rinses dishes and operates dishwashing equipment.
Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness.
Polishes silverware using specified methods.
Adheres to safety procedures and maintains sanitation.
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
Keeps dish area orderly and assists with loading supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
