• Prior restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes and operates dishwashing equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness.
• Polishes silverware using specified methods.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and assists with loading supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
