Spring Creek Village in Spring, TX is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Utility Worker to join our community. This full-time role supports our dining and kitchen teams by loading and operating the dish machine, cleaning and stocking items, and maintaining sanitary work areas.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour. Benefits include 401K with a 4% safe harbor match, PTO, healthcare options, and employee assistance programs, plus perks like discounted

Competenze

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; stand for long periods; safely lift up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Mansioni

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
