• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area safe and clean; follows safety procedures.
• Loads/unloads supplies and transfers between storage and work areas.
