Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in orderly sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver where required and maintains safety standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized; handles trash and waste properly.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; aids with loading/unloading as needed.
