Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans and utensils according to schedules.
• Set up and operate dishwashing areas and equipment.
• Distribute and store clean dishes and utensils in proper locations.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations and surfaces as scheduled.
• Handle waste management and keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean.
