Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; polishes silver as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area tidy and floors clean; handles trash disposal and stock transfers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
