Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Dish Steward to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish station, and supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education and prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to work flexible hours and multi-task as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
