Serving as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, the Director of Rehab plays a crucial role in coordinating and integrating care.Responsibilities/Requirements:Must have an Associate (PTA or COTA)Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.Active state license.Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
