Qualifications

• 6 months’ previous direct support experience required.
• 1-year previous direct support experience preferred.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to residents as outlined in their ISPs.
• Administers medications according to organizational procedures.
• Encourages residents to engage with others and participate in activities.
