Lifesteps Inc. is seeking an in-home caregiver in Blawnox, PA. This full-time role supports adults with disabilities in a residential home setting, with evenings shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm. No experience is required and paid training is provided to new caregivers.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, meal prep, personal care, and transportation to appointments, with comprehensive benefits and a chance to join a long-standing human service team.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
• No experience necessary; paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities (dressing, meals, bathing).
• Support transportation to appointments.
• Cook meals and maintain home cleanliness.
• Provide medication administration as directed.
• Plan and participate in community outings and activities.
