Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in southern Ohio is hiring a Full-time Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation for residents. Shift is 12p-8p, responsibilities include assisting cooks and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, good attendance, and compassionate approach to care. Prior quantity food prep experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quantity food preparation/production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and snack preparation, maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to dietary requirements.
• Work in the dish room as requested, ensuring efficient and clean food handling practices.
• Serve food and/or assist residents in mealtime, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and dining rooms, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Assist our Cooks in preparing meals, utilizing your culinary skills and knowledge.
