Zusammenfassung

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Dentist for our Long Beach, CA office. This full-time position includes Saturdays in a busy, productive practice with a focus on teamwork and delivering excellent patient care inside a single umbrella.

You will diagnose and treat patients across preventive, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures, while collaborating with Board Specialists when referrals are needed.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school is required.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in process of obtaining one.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• DEA certification is required.
• NPI number is required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories.
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards.

Ausbildung
