Job summary
42North Dental in Charlotte, MI is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from exam through treatment. The role includes in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%. Benefits include health insurance, dental/vision coverage, 401K, and opportunities for CE
Qualifications
- Current state license to practice dentistry
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
- Proof of malpractice insurance
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
- Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics
- Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
