Job summary

University Dental Associates in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Hygienist to join our doctor-led team. You will perform licensed hygiene procedures, educate patients on oral health, and help maintain accurate records while partnering with the admin team on scheduling.

Qualifications

Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
The ability to educate patients on their oral health needs and desires.
Strong communication skills.
Desire to embrace preventative centered care.
Ability to perform all hygiene clinical procedures (adult/child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, fluoride).
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control trainings as required by law.

Responsibilities

In your role, you will support the success of the office and patient oral health by performing licensed hygiene procedures, educating patients on treatment and care, and building strong relationships with patients.
Ensure patient records are maintained accurately and thoroughly and partner with the administrative team on scheduling appointments.
