Job summary

Coweta Dentistry in Union, SC is seeking a full-time Hygiene Assistant to join a close-knit team. The successful candidate will support the hygienist, handle patient communication, and perform dental assisting tasks with OSHA compliance. Minimum one year of experience and SC x-ray certification are preferred.

Hours are Monday through Wednesday 8:00–5:00, Thursday 8:00–3:00, and Fridays once per month or varies. Compensation discussed with applicants based on experience.

Qualifications

• Certified dental assistant; 1-year minimum experience highly preferred.
• SC x-ray certified; ability to take diagnostic quality x-rays.
• CPR certified.
• Eaglesoft experience preferred.
• Excellent patient communication (verbal and written).
• Professional delivery with doctor and patient.
• Fully competent in completing all tasks related to dental assisting with OSHA compliance.
