Bright Direction Dental LLC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a skilled Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our small team. You will work closely with dentists and other staff to provide excellent patient care and perform light administrative duties as needed.

We value a positive attitude and cross-training across departments. Illinois X-Ray certification is preferred; CPR is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• X-Ray certification in state of Illinois preferred.
• Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Computer efficiency—charting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients.
• Integrity-focused work ethic and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Maintain sterilization protocols per OSHA regulations.
• Operate dental charting and scheduling software.
• Communicate effectively with patients and teammates.
