Job summary

Ground Logistics in Crofton, MD is hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers. You’ll start at 8:00 AM from the Crofton terminal, loading packages into a company-provided step van and delivering to local homes and businesses. Routes end once all packages are delivered.

Starting pay is $160–$180 per day, with weekly pay, paid training, uniforms, telemedicine, PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. No long hauls or CDL required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Clean driving record and age 21 or older.
• Able to pass drug test, background check, and DOT medical exam.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs (150 lbs with cart).
• Comfortable delivering 100+ stops per day.
• Must live within 25 minutes of Crofton, MD.

Responsibilities

• Start each day at 8:00 AM at the Crofton terminal.
• Load packages into company-provided step van/box truck.
• Deliver to local homes and businesses; route ends after all deliveries.
• Scan and log packages; unload as needed.
• Stay active outdoors while working.

Starting Pay: $160 to $180/day
Schedule: Full-time (up to 5 days/week) or part-time available
