Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a full-time SWDS Driver to deliver products from the Lewis Center store. You will ensure orders are loaded, delivered safely, and customer satisfaction is maintained. The role requires driving responsibilities, adherence to routes, and routine vehicle maintenance.

Minimum requirements include 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Prior delivery or retail experience and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load orders correctly onto the truck.
• Complete required forms and documentation.
• Deliver items safely and on time to customers.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Adhere to transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing orders.
