Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise seeks a Registered Nurse for our Day Surgery Department. You will provide hands-on patient care, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia, document accurately, and educate patients throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Multistate license must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• ACLS/PALS within 12 months of hire; BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in the Day Surgery Department.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia personnel throughout perioperative experience.
• Educate patients and families and develop care plans based on patient needs.
