Full-Time Day Shift Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – LTAC Coverage

Location: Willingboro, NJ | Schedule: 7am-7pm

Virtua Medical Group’s Hospitalist Division is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide daytime coverage for our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) patients in Willingboro, NJ. Join a collaborative and growing team within Virtua Health, supporting high-quality patient care across the continuum.

You’ll become part of a well-established group of more than 150 board‑certified physicians and advanced practice clinicians delivering comprehensive inpatient care across Virtua Health’s five hospitals.

Compensation

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all Advanced Practice Provider roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $135,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
