Day shift opportunities and a supportive team are available. Responsibilities include cleaning suites, common areas, and offices, disposing of trash, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs to the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be physically able to meet the demands of the role.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals that are non-allergenic for residents.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment and their proper use.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and housekeeping tasks to ensure the residence reflects high quality of care and appearance.
• Perform cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in suites, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Collect trash and refuse from work areas and place in designated pick-up area.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatory, shower and sink fixtures and facilities; stock dispensers as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator.
• Report to Administrator for needed repairs, replenishing of supplies and equipment needed.
