Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter for Cameron Hill in Chattanooga, TN. You will keep a clean, organized, welcoming environment by stocking restrooms, managing incoming supply shipments, and performing essential daily janitorial duties.

Eligible for full-time benefits after 90 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. Location: Cameron Hill Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37421.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or day porter experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Restock bathroom supplies and manage incoming shipments and cleaning materials.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms across assigned areas.
• Address immediate cleaning requests and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bathroom supplies and put away incoming shipments and cleaning materials.
• Perform daily routine cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and pulling trash.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms across assigned areas of the facility.
• Address immediate cleaning requests and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background Check & Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Experience: 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or day porter experience required.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or with a team.
