Job summary

Environment Control is hiring for a Full Time Day Cleaning Floater based in the Bridgeville area, with travel between Pittsburgh locations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; you begin and end your day at our Bridgeville office.

As a Floater, you cover accounts as needed, work a set schedule at varying locations, and join a team that values growth and internal promotions. Benefits include weekly pay and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling.
• Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Pass a national background check.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make workspaces shine by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided).
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and create a clean, welcoming environment.
• Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or issues.
• Follow simple cleaning steps—we’ll train you and support you.
