• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Perform callbacks requested by customers and members regarding concerns, services, and policies.
• Use all available resources to best assist customers and members.
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer service policies.
• Assist customers with the goal of retaining memberships.
