TJX Companies’ Marshalls division in Phoenix seeks a Front End Supervisor to lead associates at the front of the store, ensuring courteous customer service and promoting loyalty programs. The role models excellent service and supports training and mentors across shifts.

Responsibilities include assigning registers, coordinating breaks, maintaining a safe, well-organized sales floor, and upholding store standards while collaborating with management to meet targets.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates
• Maintain a clean, organized store and promote loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Train and mentor associates on front-end practices
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Partner with management on training needs and store goals
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

• - Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• - Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• - Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• - Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• - Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• - Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• - Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• - Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• - Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• - Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• - Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• - Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• - Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• - Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• - Other duties as assigned

• - 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

This position has a starting pay range of USD $16.15 to $16.65 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
