The Marshalls team at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front of Store Leader to guide Associates in delivering an outstanding customer experience across our low-priced, brand-name merchandise. You will train staff, manage shifts, and uphold store standards to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

You will report to Store Leadership and support daily operations with a strong focus on teamwork, integrity, and safety compliance, while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and ensure prompt service.
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage; monitor store operations and priorities.
• Address customer concerns and maintain a clean, organized store.

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
