Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Janitor at 250 Enterprise Way, Pittston, PA 18640. The role involves maintaining cleanliness of facilities with a Sunday–Wednesday schedule; hours may vary. No experience is required, as training is provided. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.

The position includes broad responsibilities to keep the environment safe and orderly, with opportunities to grow within ESFM, Compass Group’s facilities management division.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment; sanitizes all surfaces.
