Job summary

LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time Custodian in Highgate Springs, Vermont to perform cleaning and sanitizing duties for government and commercial facilities. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with one weekend per month on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing.
• Expertise in hard surface floor care and all-purpose floor cleaning.
• Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.
• Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing.
• Maintain office cleanliness via sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and trash removal.
• Sanitize offices, breakrooms and restrooms to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
