Job summary

Main Street Anesthesia in Albuquerque, NM seeks a CRNA to join a collaborative team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who practice independently to the full scope of their license.

Candidates will manage pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU, blocks, lines, and related tasks with mentor support available. This 1099/independent role offers a production-based compensation, an $8K annual bonus potential, a $60K sign-on/relocation bonus with a 3-year commitment, and 7 weeks off per year.

• CRNA license required and ability to practice independently.
• Experience or willingness to perform regional blocks and vascular/airway lines.
• Strong collaboration with CRNAs and anesthesiologists to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

Job description

Join our practice in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care. CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape the ACT and begin independent practice or a motivated new graduate hoping to practice to the full scope of their license.

Weekday call is approximately 3-4x/mo (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call). Weekend call is approximately every 4th to 5th weekend (will reduce in frequency as staffing increases). Holiday call is approximately one holiday/year.

Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB. No trauma, cardiac or thoracic.

COMPENSATION:

• $390-$400K (production-based)
• 1099 Practice
• $8K Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)
• $60K Sign-On/ Relo Bonus with a three-year commitment
• $10K Retention Bonus after 5 years
• 7 Weeks Off per Year
