Job summary

Club Car Wash is hiring for an entry-level team member at one of our locations in Illinois. The role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, outdoor setting across varying weather conditions.

You will train teammates, maintain a friendly attitude, and help ensure safety and quality standards while handling tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation starts at $23 per hour with full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds non-assisted.
