Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a full-time Swing Driver to operate company vehicles, delivering and picking up packages and ensuring conformance to FedEx service standards. You will provide coverage for all routes within the station's service area and support related customer service functions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years old, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver's license with a good driving record, and knowledge of the station's service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions per FMCSA guidance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages with equipment or assistance.
• Must meet FMCSA requirements and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provide related customer service functions.
