Job summary

FedEx is seeking a full-time courier to act as a face of the service, delivering packages and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires neat appearance, the ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in line with FMCSA/FAA rules.

Starting pay is $24.81 per hour with benefits. Must be 21+, have good English reading abilities for traffic and inquiries, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months courier experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and respond to official inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with FMCSA and FAA regulations.
• Maintain neat appearance due to customer contact.
• Meet and maintain FMCSA qualifications and health exams; pass medical exam as required.
• Obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
