Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents as a married couple. The role involves living on campus, providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students, and coordinating routines and activities within the home. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both at least 27, and possess a valid U.S.

driver's license. The position includes housing, meals, health benefits, and training, with paid time off and relocation assistance

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff are role models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
