Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Matawan, NJ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision and help implement personalized care plans to support functional goals.

New grads are welcome; NBCOT certification and current state licensure are required or as dictated by the state. A mentorship environment and strong communication/organizational skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by the state.
• Current licensed COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and obtained.
