Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and licensed in the state of practice
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• NBCOT certification as COTA (if required by state)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
