Job summary

Anthem Memory Care in Fayetteville, Arkansas, seeks a dedicated dietary team member to maintain efficient food preparation in our memory care community. You will follow supervisor guidance, comply with health standards, and contribute to a supportive, loving environment for residents.

This role emphasizes teamwork, positive communication with facility staff, and helping residents enjoy nutritious meals and moments of connection each day.

• Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation and safety.
• Communicates positively with facility personnel to support residents' well-being and staff morale.

Maintains efficient performance in food preparation in the dietary department and ensures adequate follow through of job duties as outlined by supervisor. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Follows policies and procedures, assures good public relations and employee moral. Communicates with facility personnel in a positive, motivational and appropriate manner. Ensures supportive environment for residents and staff.
