Flik Hospitality Group in Nashville, TN seeks full-time COOKs. Location is Asurion Cafe, 1101 Church Street. Monday–Friday schedule, hours vary. Requires 5 years of high-volume prep and food service experience.

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume prep and food service experience required.

Mansioni

• Prepares high quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and serving temperatures.
• Keeps kitchen clean and maintains proper storage of foods and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
