Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensure proper portioning, correct temperatures, and appealing presentation of dishes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety following HACCP standards.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and inventory as required.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings; report maintenance or accidents to supervisor immediately.
