You will prepare dishes from scratch, ensure safety and portion control, and collaborate across dining areas to meet timely service goals. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in cooking for restaurants or cafeterias, with high school/GED and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Highschool / GED requirement.
• 2+ years of restaurant or cafeteria cooking experience.
• Serve safe food handlers certification preferred but not required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes.
• Adhere to food safety and quality guidelines.
• Work across different dining areas as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings.
• Plan and organize daily food production to ensure timely service; maintain proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
