Compass Group’s Eurest division is hiring a full-time Cook at HP Corvallis Foodworks in Corvallis, OR. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with online applications accepted and interview details provided.

Daily duties include preparing high-quality food from standardized recipes, ensuring correct portions and temperatures, and presenting appealing plates. You will assist in production planning, ordering, and records, while upholding HACCP standards and a clean, safe kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience in batch cooking and short‑order cooking.
• Ability to prep food according to recipes and standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring attractive presentation.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisor; attends in-service and safety meetings.
